Life after high school – are you ready? This year’s Transition Summit will focus on developing skills all students need to become successful adults including job readiness, self-advocacy, budgeting, planning, organization, health, and wellness.

Dates: June 23-25, 2022

Location: Central Community College, Hastings

Grades: Entering 9, 10, 11, or 12th grade or enrolled in a 12+ transition program during the 2022-2023 school year
