Learn and Play 

Families are invited to a learn and play session.  Children ages birth-preschool will explore the playground while developing gross motor skills.  Parents will have the opportunity to learn more about resources through presentations.

Can You Escape The Clock?

SNRP students will have the opportunity to put their critical thinking skills to the test as they work as a team to solve puzzles, uncover clues, and race against time to beat the clock and free themselves from an escape room.  Lunch will be provided.

CCDHH Contest 2025

This Communication Contest for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing for students who have a hearing loss of 40 decibels or more offers youth  the chance to compete in speech or sign language with the chance to win a college scholarship.

Who: 10-12 grade 

Date: May 3, 2025

Unleash Your Imagination 

Explore your imagination through theatre arts and movement. 

Who: Kindergarten-5th grade students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing and receiving Special Education Services.

Virtual Sign Language Classes

Nebraska Regional Programs are hosting a 6 week virtual sign language class.  There will be a beginning track and an intermediate track as well as an option to take the classes in Spanish.

Nebraska’s Conference on Deaf and Hard of Hearing Education

This conference is for parents and guardians, educational interpreters, and teachers of the Deaf and hard of hearing.  Speakers include Crom Saunders, Tina Childress, Karen Putz as well as several Nebraska professionals and community members.  

Date: Friday, March 28, 2025 through Sunday,  March 30, 2025

Location: Younes Event Center; Kearney, Nebraska 

Cost: FREE!  There is no cost for the conference.
