ASL Language Mentoring Workshops Flyer
These one-hour presentations will be a lesson on various deafness related topics. There will be time for Q&A afterwards. These will be presented in sign language with no English voice interpretation for receptive sign language skill development.

IMET INDEPENDENT TRAINING MODULES FLYER
The Utah State University TASK12 Interpreter, Mentorship, Education & Training (IMET) Program offers a variety of independent study self-paced online training modules produced for sign language interpreters. Nebraska has collaborated with the IMET Program to provide access to five different online professional development modules developed for sign language interpreters and offered at no cost to participants employed in a Nebraska school district or ESU! Certificates of Completion and RID CEUs are available for successful completion. 
Modules: 
  • Cohesion & Prosody Development (8 week, 16 hour module)
  • Enhancing ASL Comprehension (8 week, 16 hour module)
  • Linguistically & Culturally Induced Information (8 week, 16 hour module)
  • Optimizing Visual Access for Deaf Students (6 week, 12 hour module)
  • Preparing Our Minds for the Work (6 week, 12 hour module)

SPICE 2nd Edition Training Flyer
This intermediate level course was developed to teach speech language pathologists and teachers of the deaf techniques for capitalizing on auditory information in children with hearing devices through the use of the CID SPICE second edition
auditory training curriculum. Topics include auditory development and methods to improve speech perception from detection
through comprehension of connected speech.

SPICE for Life 2 Training Flyer
This intermediate level workshop was designed to teach speech language pathologists and teachers of the deaf techniques to help children with hearing loss listen in everyday situations. Participants will learn an overview of skills including improving auditory memory and auditory comprehension listening with technology conversing listening in noise localizing sounds and more from the CID SPICE for Life 2.
