NTID Outreach is encouraging 9th-12th grade Deaf & Hard-of-Hearing students to enter their best creative work, and they can win a cash prize! Students can submit original artwork in one of the six categories: web design, graphic media, film, 3D animation , interactive media, & photo imaging.

NTID Outreach is encouraging 10th & 11th grade Deaf & Hard-of-Hearing students to enter their best creative work, and they can win a cash prize! Students submit a writing project of up to 2,000 words – a fictional story, a research paper, an autobiography-any topic they’d like!

This five-day, on-campus summer program is for college-bound Deaf and hard-of-hearing high school students who will enter their junior or senior year in the fall of 2023. Students will learn how their interests can lead them to a career and they will have the opportunity to explore career options in various fields. Students who attend receive an application fee waiver to apply to RIT at no cost, and those who enroll at RIT for college will receive a $1000 scholarship.

Session II: July 15-20, 2023

Camp UBU is for Deaf, Deafblind & Hard of Hearing youth who live in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa & Nebraska. This is a great opportunity for our campers to meet peers & staff who are also Deaf, Deafblind & Hard of Hearing. This program is lead by Deaf & Hard of Hearing adults.

Leadership Opportunities for Teens (LOFT) 2023
LOFT is for high school students who are deaf and hard of hearing and use listening and spoken language as their primary mode of communication. This four-day sleepaway experience provides a supportive and structured environment in which participants increase self-confidence and understanding of their own strengths and abilities through activities designed to challenge them. This is a great opportunity for high school and college-bound teens interested in an enlightening and confidence-building experience away from home with their peers.
