Camp Anderson

Camp Anderson

A week long camp for Nebraska students post 5th-12th grade who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing and receiving special education services. A student must be in good standing and submit a 250 word essay about why they would like to attend camp and what they expect to learn.

Who: post 5th-12th grade

Date: July 13-18, 2025

Where: Camp Comeca, Cozad, NE

Pen Pals

SNRP PEN PALS FLYER

Would you like to connect with a Nebraska peer who is also Deaf or hard of hearing? SNRP would love to match you up with a friend to correspond with through our pen pal program! This is a great opportunity to meet and connect with new friends. In the future, you may also get the opportunity to meet your pen pal in person at one of our SNRP or statewide activities!

Deaf Culture in D.C.

Students in grades 10-12 who meet eligibility requirements are invited to our Deaf Culture in D.C. experience in March 2026. If you have any questions about this experience, please reach out to SNRP Coordinator, Lindsey Hinzmann.
