Virtual Sign Language Courses The Southeast Nebraska Regional Program is excited to be offering a 6 week VIRTUAL SIGN CLASS for individuals interested in learning or improving their sign skills. There will be a beginning and intermediate track and both will be taught by Deaf adults.
